Every commission begins with a conversation. We discuss your vision, intended use, and aesthetic preferences. Once the design direction is set, our team in South Africa sources the perfect donor vehicle, ensuring structural integrity and provenance.
The vehicle is completely disassembled down to the bare chassis. Every component is inspected, repaired, or replaced. The engine and drivetrain are modernized for reliability, while the body is prepped and painted to perfection.
As the vehicle comes back together, the bespoke elements are integrated. You will receive regular milestone updates, photos, and videos of your Defender taking shape. This is where hand-stitched leather and custom woodwork are installed.
Before leaving our facility, the vehicle undergoes rigorous road and field testing. Finally, your Maverick Defender is delivered to your door via a white-glove transport service, ready for its next chapter.
